Emma Canoquena

Emma is fresh out of High School after recently completing her HSC and just in the midst of beginning her study at UNSW for a Bachelor of Psychological Science. She hopes to one day become a registered psychologist, but will gladly be working within our team in the meantime to ensure our clients have a smooth process while buying or selling their home!

What do you love most about your job so far?
I love the genuine, charismatic, and passionate people I get to work with, who I've gotten to learn share the same values as myself: respect, integrity, and compassion, which I find is most exemplified in their attitudes towards their clients, but also towards co-workers.

How would your friends describe you?
I'm often showered with lovely affirmations by my friends that go along the lines of "you're too funny", "you're so smart". I cherish my friends dearly, and it feels special to know they have the same regard for me.

What are your favourite hobbies?
Most of the time, half of my face is covered by a camera—film, digital, iPhone, whatever I have on me at the time. I have this obsession with nostalgia and love to capture moments to look back on fondly when I'm older. To more potently pour out my fixation on memories, I like to write about whatever is happening that I know I'll want to reminisce about in the future, so that I can vividly relive it.
